• Can I change my mind?

  We want you to be happy with your purchase. Volcanic Wave offers Store Credit or Full Refunds for a change of mind, if made within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost for change of mind returns. Returns need to be mailed within 1 week after we communicate about the issue. Any questions or concerns regarding our Returns Policy please email us at support@volcanicwave.com

  Please note, Volcanic Wave will not be responsible for return shipping costs (nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases) for the exchange of change-of-mind items. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.

• What is your return/exchange policy?

  Most items are refundable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges. You may initiate a refund here: Volcanic Wave Return Center

• How do I replace my dmaged item(s)?

  please contact us at support@volcanicwave.com with your order number and photos/videos to show the damage and for a faster resolution.

  We will replace any damaged items within 30 days of delivery. You may initiate an item replacement here: Volcanic Wave Return Center.

  If 30 days have passed since the date of original purchase, we are unable to process a replacement.

• How do I start my return?

  To start your return, please locate your order number. Once you have printed your return label, attach the label to your return package. If possible, use the same shipping materials that your order arrived in. Remove any previous labels and securely tape the new shipping label onto your package. Drop off your package at any facility designated by the carrier on your label.
  Please note:

  • Make sure you are only returning item(s) that your return label has listed. Any additional item(s) may not be appropriately processed if no return is requested.
  • Choose the appropriate reason for return from the dropdown to ensure your return is processed accordingly.
  • Allow up to 10 business days from the day the item is delivered to our warehouse to be processed.
  • Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment.
